WHAT IS YOUR PRACTICE REALLY WORTH?

Having a good understanding of your practice value is essential to pricing it well.  We are here to provide you with the correct value in an ever-changing market. Your practice value will be different depending on the type of transition you are seeking, whether it's a 100% sale, or perhaps selling shares in your practice to another doctor, or if you desire a maximum value in the corporate space.  All three sales structures will have different values and obligations post-sale.

KEEPING IT ALL CONFIDENTIAL

Keeping your identity confidential is important. Each potential party is properly pre-qualified to ensure they are a serious purchaser. If you already have your purchaser lined up, we still need to make sure there is an alignment of future goals and validate the purchaser's access to capital.  Don't work with a broker who is quick to share your financials with anyone who expresses an interest.  It’s important that you choose the right firm to work in your best interest.

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?

There are a lot of factors here but typically the sale of a practice does not happen overnight.  The actual time to close will depend on the time it takes for a purchaser to complete the due diligence and coordinate funding. If the goal is to go the corporate route, the timing could be several months depending on the amount of due diligence and the time it takes to provide the requested data.  We will always do our best to vet this on the front end as to best represent your wishes.
